I strive to build easy-to-use and quick-to-load websites, using the most up to date WordPress features like Gutenberg. I’m always learning new things I apply to the sites I build. Website technology and standards are always changing, and I make it a priority to stay up to date so your site will last as long as possible in the ever changing environment of the web.
WordPress is open source so you won’t rely on a software company staying in business or a limited number of developers who know the system. Over 33% of all websites are in WordPress as of Feb 2019, making it the most popular content management system in the world. 60% of the websites built using a Content Management System use WordPress. Chances are likely you’ll be able to find another WordPress developer should the need ever arise.
You’ll control where your website is hosted and its content. I recommend hosting with WP Engine because of their speed, security and reliability, but if you want to host someplace else, you can.
I usually work through agencies who provide the website direction, design, project management, and client communication part of the project. If you are an agency or design studio and are looking for a WordPress freelancer/partner, I’d be thrilled to talk with you. I can be reached through my contact form.
If you are looking for an agency or design studio to build your next project, I’d be happy to recommend one of my agency partners. I work with some awesome agencies who specialize in everything from local non-profits to big national brands.
